Hills Fitness is outdoors in the warmer summer months, getting you out of the gym to enjoy the fresh air! Then, once the cold weather arrives, we move back indoors during the winter months.
Our workouts combine cardio intervals (jogging, sports drills, boxing and obstacle courses), resistance training (using variety of objects & body weight exercises), abdominal, core & stability training (Yoga & Pilates based exercises) into fun and effective workouts. No two sessions are the same!!!
